The scores estimate the likelihood of a property's success by leveraging a model trained on historical data from real estate properties across the United States. This model evaluates the given site’s characteristics, identifying qualities and patterns shared with both successful projects and those that have defaulted.

A key benchmark is a score of 60%:

Properties scoring below this threshold exhibit significant similarities with historically defaulted properties.  Leveraging an extensive dataset and generative AI prompting, the model evaluates the weight of these similarities, prioritizing causation over mere correlation to deliver more accurate insights. As the data base of real estate properties grows, these scores will be periodically updated to represent the current conditions.
