Diald produces market, submarket, and property-level intelligence using proprietary AI models developed specifically for CRE analysis.

If any part of a report appears incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent with publicly available information, we will refine and re-run the memo at no additional cost.
2. What “Accuracy” Means in Diald Reports
“Accuracy” in the context of AI-generated CRE reports refers to:
Correct interpretation of available market and submarket signals
Reliable synthesis of street-level and TTM qualitative indicators

A comp summary conflicts with commonly known local trends
Narrative logic appears contradictory or unclear

4. What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
Attempts to use Diald as an appraisal or valuation tool
Requests for custom legal, engineering, or feasibility advice
Inaccuracies driven by incorrect property addresses or inputs entered by the user
Situations where new market events occur after the memo was created
Opinions or subjective judgments outside the scope of market intelligence
Diald provides qualitative and contextual analysis—not financial or legal certification.
5. How to Request a Free Refinement
